Instructions
Place the herbal pillow inside, underneath or next to your main pillow. Inhaling the herbal fragrance has a relaxing aromatic effect, which encourages sleep. If the fragrance diminishes, plump up the pillow and squeeze the herbs together. If required, the fragrance can be intensified by adding lavender essential oil.
