Returning or exchanging an item

If you want to return or exchange your purchase you can return the package within 14 days. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
All items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
